　　“This is a delicate moment for the global economy,” Gita Gopinath, the IMF’schief economist , said at a news conference, while cautioning that the fund does not foreseean international recession .

　　IMF首席經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家 Gita Gopinath在新聞發(fā)布會上說：“現(xiàn)在是全球經(jīng)濟(jì)非常脆弱的時(shí)刻。”但她警示IMF目前還沒有預(yù)測到全球性的經(jīng)濟(jì)衰退 。

　　Gopinath said it was “imperative that costly policy mistakes are avoided.” In particular, she highlighted the need for the world’s two biggest economies, the United States and China, to find a way toresolve their trade war , which has intensified global economic uncertainty.

　　她指出“避免犯一些損失慘重的政策性錯(cuò)誤是至關(guān)重要的”。她特別提到世界兩個(gè)最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)體美國和中國。她表示希望中美能找到合適的辦法解決貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)問題 ，因?yàn)橘Q(mào)易戰(zhàn)加劇了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的不確定性。

　　值得注意的是，雖然IMF在這個(gè)報(bào)告中下調(diào)了對美國、歐洲、日本等 主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體經(jīng)濟(jì)增長預(yù)期，但卻上調(diào)了對中國2019年經(jīng)濟(jì)增速的預(yù)期 。

　　The IMF foresees the Chinese economy growing 6.3% this year , down from 6.6% in 2018. But the fund’s latest 2019 outlook was a slight upgrade from the 6.2% growth it had forecast for China in January.

　　IMF預(yù)測中國經(jīng)濟(jì)2019年的經(jīng)濟(jì)增速會在6.3%左右 。這個(gè)最新的預(yù)測比IMF在1月份預(yù)測的6.2%上升了一些。

　　China’s prospects brightened , the fund said.

　　IMF表示，中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)前景還是光明的 。

　　IMF還在官方Twitter上單獨(dú)發(fā)了一條消息強(qiáng)調(diào)，2020年之后全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增速預(yù)計(jì)會穩(wěn)定在3.5%左右;而維持這個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速，主要靠的就是中國和印度的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。
